Help us deliver one of the most important transformation programmes in our organisation
At SettleParadigm, we are proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing more than 30,000 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.
Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger we have brought together shared values, skills and ambition, helping us make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve.
We are now embarking on a major integration programme that will bring together our people, processes, systems and ways of working. To support colleagues through this journey, we are recruiting an Integration Change Partner to join our central change team on an 18m FTC.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands on role in shaping how change is delivered across the organisation and to help colleagues feel informed, supported and confident throughout the transition.
About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly forming Integration Change team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, collaborate and deliver change across the organisation. Acting as a vital link between project teams and operational teams, you’ll ensure change is well coordinated, clearly communicated and successfully embedded.
As part of a new and evolving team, you’ll have the opportunity to share your skills, learn from others, and develop new capabilities along the way. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships, and supporting colleagues through change with confidence and empathy.
