New Opportunity – Director of Governance & Compliance
Settle and Paradigm Housing merged earlier this year to form a new organisation (SettleParadigm) and is now a major housing provider in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, managing over 27,000 homes. Post merger, the combined business will have a focus on integration and ensuring excellent services are delivered to residents, as well as robustly meeting regulatory standards.
To help achieve this, they are recruiting a Director of Governance & Compliance to oversee all governance arrangements across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering effective and efficient governance in a regulated sector, ideally with experience in social housing. The role will have responsibility for developing and maintaining governance frameworks aligned with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as sector best practice.
In return, they can promise you a rewarding and stretching role in a professional, honest, and friendly environment where new approaches and innovation are encouraged.
You will be joining an organisation at any exciting time in its journey and with ambitions to be an exemplar in the sector. And you will be working with an experienced executive team committed to proactively addressing the housing crisis and its impact across society.
