What makes us unique?
On 27 October 2025 Settle Group and Paradigm Housing Group became one organisation, with a shared commitment to delivering more for residents and our communities. Together, we’re building a better future.
Initially known as SettleParadigm, we are the largest housing group operating in the region.
By joining together, we will achieve more – remaining local and at the same time delivering the advantages of scale by working more efficiently and cost-effectively together.
Our priorities
Over the coming months, we’ll be working with residents, colleagues and partners to develop a new corporate plan for SettleParadigm. This plan will set out our long-term priorities and how we’ll deliver them. The commitments in our business case provide the foundation for how we will deliver more together. We will build on these as we shape our future strategy.
Keeping residents safe is our top priority. We will ensure all homes meet legal and regulatory standards, with a commitment to improving them by bringing them all up to at least EPC C by 2030.
We will deliver excellent services and be among the best in the country. Our ambition is to be in the top quarter of all housing associations when it comes to resident satisfaction by 2028. We will use more real-time resident feedback and improved digital services to help us do this.
We will provide an extra 200 homes beyond, over and above our existing programmes, including through larger and more complex developments.
We will invest in neighbourhoods, react quickly if standards fall and deliver comprehensive regeneration projects. We will strengthen partnerships with local authorities, the Police, and third sector organisations to support thriving communities and residents who might need a helping hand.
Motivated and committed teams will deliver better services to residents. We will build high-performing teams through one culture with career pathways and professional development.
We will maintain a strong credit rating and use rigorous business planning processes to drive efficiency and support long-term investment.
We will focus on four core themes: carbon reduction and net zero, climate change risk adaptation, waste management, and biodiversity. These themes will shape the actions we take during integration and help us identify where we can make meaningful progress as part of our longer-term direction.
