About the Role/team
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance & Systems Administrator to join our growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the compliance and safety of our housing stock.
You’ll provide essential administrative support across the Asbestos and Mechanical workstreams, ensuring that surveys, removal documents, and compliance certifications are accurately uploaded and maintained in our systems. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to safety, customer care, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for compliance-related tasks and documentation
- Maintain and update the asbestos register and compliance records
- Oversee job allocations and ensure actions are logged and closed out
- Process and batch purchase orders and invoices within agreed timeframes
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party providers
- Collaborate across departments to support shared objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
Must haves:
- Experience working in an office environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with compliance systems or housing sector experience
- Experience supporting technical or safety-focused teams

- Confidence in identifying process improvements and acting on them
- Passion for maintaining safe, well-managed homes through accurate data
